Lead a team of Visual Stylists in our brand-new concept clothing store bringing to life the latest fashion trends for our customers. We’re looking for great leaders that have a passion for fashion and motivation to energise teams to help customers find their perfect fit.
This is your opportunity to work in the iconic Battersea Power station in our first ever store of this kind. Giving you access to unique opportunities to accelerate your career.
Not only will your team be creating remarkable visual displays that attract and engage customers, they will also be responsible for guiding customers through their purchasing journey. You’ll be expected to use your latest fashion trend knowledge to coach your colleagues to make sure our customers feel great about their purchases.
- Being digitally confident is essential. You’ll utilise our digital tools, such as the Sparks App, to enhance both the customer experience and ensure they get the products they want when they need them.
- Efficiency and effectiveness are key aspects of your role. You’ll be a skilled leader, maintaining high standards in visual presentation consistently. You’ll be ready to roll your sleeves up, work hard and go above and beyond every day.
- You’ll take responsibility for creating a great inclusive store environment, supporting and respecting your colleagues and our customers.

- Driving a selling culture within your team
