As a Club Host, you will be the face of our club, ensuring that every member and guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service. You will support on daily operations, coordinate events, and maintain a high standard of customer service. This role requires a proactive, organized, and engaging individual who can create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Member and Guest Experience:

  • Greet members and guests, providing a warm and friendly welcome.
  • Address inquiries and assist with bookings, memberships, and general club information.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by anticipating and responding to member and guest needs.

Facility Management:

  • Responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of the club, including courts, lounge, and locker rooms.
  • Ensure facilities are in excellent condition at all times to ensure greatest guest experience.

Food and Beverage Service:

  • Play a key role in the operation of the club’s bar and lounge, ensuring high standards of service.
  • Responsible for preparation and delivery of fresh, quick-preparation food options.

Health and Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular checks to maintain a safe environment for members and staff.

Host Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome members and guests, ensuring they feel welcome, valued and attended to.
  • Manage court bookings, equipment rentals, and assist with customer inquiries.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Organize and assist in member-exclusive events and activities to foster community engagement.
  • Play a key role in the operation of the club’s bar and lounge, ensuring high standards of service.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the hospitality, sports, or leisure industry.
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to build strong relationships with members, guests, and team members.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A proactive and positive can-do attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Knowledge of Padel or a keen interest in learning about the sport.
  • Experience with social media platforms and content creation.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene Certification highly desirable).
  • First Aid certification (desirable).
