JOB TITLE: IV & Wellness Nurse
REPORTING TO: General Manager
RESPONSIBLE FOR: IV and Blood Testing Services
MAIN PURPOSE: To deliver exceptional customer service and be responsible for IV and wellness delivery on site.
SALARY: £42K
HOURS: 40 hours per week (Sunday closed)
LOCATION: London Battersea Power Station
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections offering the full menu as defined by company offerings.
- Educate customers on the benefits of IV & IM and the ingredients contained.
- Take blood samples and manage blood marker testing process, delivering customer analysis and advice to support health & wellness plans.
- Facilitate other core services including Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), Intermittent hypoxic–hyperoxic training (IHHT), Cryotherapy, Photobiomodulation Therapy (Red Light Therapy) & Compression Therapy.
- Inventory & supply management.
- Promote membership and other services.
- Work with and inspire all team members to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
- Support the company in delivery of company vison and strategy.
- Work with the local Biowell ecosystem including website, app and booking systems.
- Develop and maintain market knowledge and training to deliver services reflective of market demands and legislation.
- Communicate pro-actively and professionally at all times ensuring customers, employees and owners have knowledge as is required.

- Highly skilled at intravenous cannulation, IV-line management and general phlebotomy.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or 1st level degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Current NMC Registration
- Minimum of two years nursing experience.
- Proven experience in consultation and clinical assessment.
