Property Management Administrator
Property Management | Temporary
Primary Purpose
To provide professional and proactive administrative support to the property management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Register all managed tenancies with utility companies as well as close their accounts at the end of tenancy.
- Request final bills, where necessary from utility companies
- Book property visits
- Book check-outs and issue termination correspondence to tenants
- Assist with booking compliance certificates and book appointments with tenants accordingly
- Update and attach Check outs, Certificates to Salesforce and One Drive
- Produce timely and accurate typed documents including but not limited to: emails, letters, minutes/agendas, presentations, reports and specific documents pertinent to the role.
- Deal with internal and external enquiries accurately, promptly and effectively.
- Assist the team in communicating with clients and applicants where necessary
- Draw up regular reports from Salesforce as appropriate
- Assist with general administration support, which is both efficient and effective for the team
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience of working as a Team Assistant in the Property Management Sector beneficial
- Experience of managing confidential communication/diary management
- Highly organised, flexible, and able to effectively manage your workload
- A proactive and positive approach to work
- Personable with a detail-oriented approach
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to use Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel – essential
