We are looking to hire a brilliant Sales Assistant to join our passionate team at Petit Pli in London. What you’ll do

● Support the growth of the Battersea Power Station shop into a hub and Petit Pli brand ‘embassy’ by offering our customers the best experience and customer experience during their store visit and repair service.

● Support stock level management and Inform and assist customers in our brand store

● Support our customers across all channels – phone, email, chat, or social media

● Keep our brand store looking good, and pitch ideas to make it even better for our customer

● Be our customers’ biggest advocate, flagging any issues that might get in the way of their VanMoof experience

● Bonus points if you’re not afraid to get stuck in with community event planning every now and then to help out grow the community.

Who are we looking for?

● You are available 24-40 hours per week

● You’re willing to become a walking encyclopaedia of all things Petit Pli, so you can answer any and every question that comes your way

● You’ve got great communication skills (bonus points for languages other than English)

● Even more bonus points if you already have a passion for sustainability, the next generation and innovation but it’s not a deal-breaker

● Gross hourly salary for this role is £11.50. This equals £1950 per month, based on a 40-hour work week.

About us

It all started when Petit Pli’s Founder and CEO Ryan gained a nephew – Viggo, in late 2016. Shortly after Viggo was born Ryan gifted him clothes. However, on arrival they were already too small. This served as a signal: childrenswear today fails to recognise the dynamic and rapidly changing bodies of Earth’s “LittleHumans”. Inspired by his background in deployable satellites, Ryan created a garment that would grow with his nephew, reducing water and carbon footprints. Soon after, Petit Pli was conceived and Clothes That Grow went on to win multiple awards, starting a sustainable childrenswear revolution. However, the underlying material technology has vast applications within the textile sector!
