JOTT are looking to recruit a Sales Associate for their store in Battersea Power Station.
Part time 3 days including weekends
Hours: 14 hours per week

Job Description:
As a Sales Associate at JOTT, you play a key role in translating our brand DNA and our Story to our customers. You are the voice of JOTT and a true ambassador of the company, our products, values and our culture.
Under the leadership of the store management team, you will provide a high-quality service to our customers whilst maintaining the store in the best conditions and participate to store operations.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP & SALES

-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

-Take care of customers with enthusiasm and authenticity to retain them and grow the database.

-Know perfectly the product offer, their features and benefits in order to propose a relevant selection of items adapted to each customer.

-Provide thorough after sales service to clients i.e. follow through on alterations/sends, and written/telephonic correspondence regarding specific wishes, new deliveries, service/merchandise satisfaction, etc.

-Assist with telephone enquiries and follow through thoroughly.

-As a digital ambassador, use the tools provided to offer a seamless & personalized shopping experience (clientele) to your customers and increase the omnichannel performances of the store.

-Achieve turnover and KPIs set by the company.
