Responsibilities:
As a Store Sales Manager you:
• Implement, maintain and develop a Customer First culture
• Interact with visitors and seek every opportunity to increase sales at all customer touchpoints enhancing the customer experience
• Adapt, act and make business oriented decisions to secure sales
• Deliver according to yearly individual and store goals. Work with the financial KPIs
• Work with store planning and operations to ensure the most effective organisation possibly
• Coach your employees to have the competences and knowledge needed to achieve the goals of the store
• Take an active part in developing own skills and contributing to a safe and inspiring working environment
• Give and receive feedback in a constructive way
• Recruit and train new employees
• Act according to Lindex values and the Lindex leadership view
• Are responsible for security-, fire- and crises management according to law and regulations
• Act according to Lindex steering documents
• Continuously improve working methods within the role
• Seek and share necessary information to reach the best results
