While previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar customer service role is preferred, it is not required. Bounce has been delivering unforgettable nights out for groups since 2012 and with it, arguably, State of Play created an entirely new entertainment category. Ping pong remains hugely popular and accessible for all ages and it is best experienced with friends or colleagues hosted by one of Bounce’s Games Gurus.
A few things we require from you:

  • A positive and friendly attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Milestones:

  • 3 Year – £200 bonus and holiday increase to 32 days (pro-rata)
  • 5 Years – £400 bonus and holiday increase to 33 days (pro-rata)
  • 10 Years – Two weeks paid sabbatical
