The skills you need
The Estate Management team will need lots of people to make sure that Battersea Power Station is a safe, fun and vibrant place to live and work. Exceptional customer service skills will be required for every role and the ability to work as part of one team is essential. For some roles you may need technical skills or a qualification, BASE will work with you to identify what’s required.
Your career journey in estate management
Once the development is complete over 450 people will work as part of the Estate Management team. Working as part of the Estate Management team offers you an amazing opportunity to develop your skills and further your career. As you develop your knowledge and expertise of how the Battersea Power Station estate operates there will be lots of opportunities to learn new skills.
