We’re working in partnership with local jobs programmes to match local people with roles. BASE has developed a foundation training programme that provides an introduction to working in areas such as customer service, hospitality and security. By working closely with the businesses who will be located at Battersea Power Station BASE will make sure that training is up to date with the skills you will need to develop your career. With 42 million visitors expected to visit Battersea Power Station once development is complete, delivering outstanding customer service will be at the heart of Battersea Power Station.
